Terms of Service
Effective July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NorvisPawTracker (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
The service
Norvis provides software for scheduling, client and pet management, messaging, live walk tracking, invoicing, and related pet care business operations. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members' and client-portal users' access.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Your data and responsibilities
- You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of client, pet, and payment information you record.
- You must have any necessary consent from your clients and staff to store their personal information (including pet health details and addresses) in the Service, and to send them communications through it.
- You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including messaging/consent and consumer-protection rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another business or to circumvent security or access controls.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, or probe it without authorization.
- Upload malware or use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications.
Fees and trials
Paid plans, trial terms, and billing details will be presented at sign-up or in an order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file for applicable fees.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (such as hosting, database, mapping, and messaging services). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Norvis and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as permitted here.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including location tracking) will always be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norvis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
